Everyone: Make sure you have registered and confirmed your online registration by this date if you want a HeartStrings 2010 t-shirt. If you don't have internet access, make sure your captain has registered you (check the "View teams" page). |

Captains: Ensure that your online team listing includes all your participants. Add any missing team members to the roster by faxing their complete registration information to 274-2093. Only those fully registered by this date will be guaranteed a HeartStrings 2010 t-shirt. |
| Tuesday, 1/26/10 |
Join us for HeartStrings night at Province 620, where 10% of sales from 4pm until closing time will be donated to Project Access through HeartStrings. Click here for more information. |
February
| Monday, 2/1/10 |
Everyone: finish collecting all your pledges (cash, check payable to BCMSF, or credit card. If, for any reason, you cannot participate in the actual event, get your Participant Donation Envelope to your team captain so she/he can turn it in on your behalf. |
| Saturday, 2/6/10 |
Captains, Check in at HeartStrings Central in the Asheville Mall 30 minutes before your workout time, turning in your own donations and registration/waiver form and collecting your "goody" bag. Greet your team as they arrive and enjoy HeartStrings 2010!
Participants, check in with your team captain at HeartStrings Central in the Asheville, Mall 20 minutes before your workout time. When you check in, you will turn in your donations, receive your "goody" bag and enjoy the HeartStrings 2010!

Everyone: Join us for the HeartStrings Awards and Appreciation Party at Barley's Taproom in downtown Asheville at 5:00pm. Come enjoy the success of HeartStrings 2010 with your teammates and all the HeartStrings participants.
