The CrossFit Exercises We'll Do
There are three levels of participation in the 10 minute CrossFit workout at HeartStrings. Athletic Aces is for someone very fit/experienced; Weekend Warriors are reasonably fit/experienced; and Couch Potato Converts are fairly new to a consistent exercise routine. Below are four examples of what a workout might look like from people at each level. You choose the level of participation that is right for you...remember this is about having fun with fitness!
